We will be archiving Azurilland on November 8th, 2018. On this date, the site will become read-only. Thanks for your patronage through the years!
Azurilland was shut down on November 8th, 2018. You're viewing an archive of this page from 2018-11-01 at 17:12. Thank you all for your support! Please get in touch via the Curse help desk if you need any support using this archive.
Note: Thanks to a glitch, this thread keeps unlocking itself. If you happen to catch it while it's unlocked, please don't take that as an invitation to post in it. Only staff are allowed to post in this thread. Thank you.
Updates to the Azurilland Forums that are too minor to be made into their own thread will be posted in here by staff. Now remade to be more organized and useful! Subscribe to be in the loop.
Updates will be posted in here as they happen, then edited into the first post as well.
Most Recent Updates
August 25th, 2018: The [How to Report Bugs / List of Known Bugs] thread has been updated. Bug reports may now be posted in the thread. When new bugs are added to the first post or fixed, staff will post to update you.
August 23rd, 2018: The official roleplaying rules have been updated and shortened. The Formal/Casual distinction has been removed, and any length requirements are up to the roleplay creator's discretion.
August 23rd, 2018: Quick Q&A threads have been locked and unpinned. You are free to post any of your quick Pokémon-related questions in separate topics in their respective forums.
Quick Trades Rules: Topic was edited and redundancy from the Wifi Trading Rules was removed. No actual rules were changed.
Trade Shops Guidelines: Topic was remade to focus on guidelines rather than rules. Listing levels for Pokémon and including a Wants list is no longer required. Recommendations for what users can add to their trade shop were added. Distinction from Quick Trades was also explained.
Giveaways and Services Rules: Topic was remade and cleaned up; redundancy from Wifi Trading Rules was removed. No actual rules were changed.
Additionally, all topics except the Wifi Trading Rules are locked. If you have any input or questions about the rules, please message a staff member or post in the Wifi Trading topic. Thank you!
May 10th, 2016: A section for Generation 7 has been added to the forums, complete with the Pokémon Sun & Moon forum.
We are still working on moving all threads over, but if you spot any Sun & Moon-related threads left in Pokémon General that haven't been moved, please feel free to report them or otherwise let staff know and we'll get to it ASAP.
The forum does not have any specific rules yet so please behave!
May 27th, 2016: A small update has been made to the Pokémon Interests section of Profiles.
Hacker and Cloner have been separated into two different interests. If you previously had Hacker/Cloner set as an interest, you may have to go into your Profile and resave your choices for it to show up correctly. Please let me know if you run into any issues regarding that.
Trader has been added as an interest.
Remember, if you have any feedback or suggestions regarding Profile fields, or the information that shows in the sidebar, you are free to express that here. Thank you!
This is to hopefully help keep all known/reported bugs in one place, and offer workarounds for those having trouble. If I'm missing anything / you're experiencing a bug that is not on the list, please remember you're free to message me the details.
June 20th, 2016: A few small changes have been made to the forums.
A few thread prefixes were added.
"Spoilers": This was added to several forums that may contain spoilery threads, to hopefully help warn users who don't want to come across any spoilers. More information on that here.
"Giveaway" and "Service": These were added to help organize the Giveaways and Services forum. More information on that here.
An "AKA" field option was added to profiles and sidebars. Feel free to use this to publicly display other names you go by. This helps users who don't know you know who people are referring to when they use a name other than your username! More information on that here; feel free to also visit that link if you have input for other things that can be added to profiles/sidebars.
July 31st, 2016: I have made some minor visual tweaks to the forums.
The names of threads while viewing a forum are slightly smaller.
Forum descriptions were made smaller and the color was changed to a shade of gray rather than just black. This is visible on both the forum index and while viewing the forum itself. Other very minor changes were made to the positioning to make it look neater.
The text size of entered values in the sidebar is slightly smaller.
I may make other small changes like this throughout the week. Please contact me if you have any input on these changes, suggestions for other visual things that need tweaking, or are experiencing an issue with this change. Thanks very much!
[Edit] August 1st, 2016: More minor visual tweaks have been made. This includes shrinking the user roles that display underneath usernames, making the Follower lists much neater, and more.
This thread will be consistently updated when new events begin/end. All currently running events can be found in the top post, while a directory to past events can be found in the second post. The past events section will begin with events that have ended as of July 2016. If you notice that we're missing any events (or have any bad information) don't hesitate to contact either me or a Global Moderator and we'll add it as soon as we're able to.
