This is where you can get help and feedback on your current in-game team. We do have a few rules to make this easier on everyone involved, so please read before posting.
✧ Please specify which version you're playing! Since many things differ between versions, please specify if you're playing Sun or Moon. It also helps to specify what point in the game you're at.
✧ Teams don't have to be complete! It's common to not have a complete idea of who to use when looking for help, and this is totally fine. Just post what you have already.
✧ Please format your team so it's easy to read. Just for everyone's sanity! When in doubt, follow this standard format:
Pokémon @ Held Item
✧ Competitive teams don't belong here. If you want input on a competitive team, please go here instead.
✧ Please do not bump the thread. You may, however, repost your team if it's been at least 7 days since your post and you still need help. Chances are, before 7 days, your post has already been seen and will probably remain visible.
✧ Do not respond to posts made at least 2 weeks ago. If it's been at least 2 weeks and the user hasn't reposted their team, they likely no longer need help, and responding will clutter the thread unnecessarily.
Thank you for reading!! These rules are subject to change if needed. We wish you luck in playing through the game <3
I just copied + pasted the Sun/Moon Team Help thread created by Shhmew, so a big thanks goes to her for making that to start with c:
That's a tough decision, because whichever one you choose your team would be half weak to either Ground (Magnezone) or Rock (Vikavolt). But I think that Magnezone is generally the better choice with all its resistances and better defenses. Vikavolt does have slightly higher Special Attack, and looks cooler (and I like it way more), but Magnezone is better for getting you through the game as a whole, not to mention the Steel-type will be a big help against a certain boss near the very end. So, depends on whether you want something that'll get you through the game easier or if you want to use something native to the region. That's just me though.
