Drawing was something I wanted to do for a living when I was a kid, but I never really got too far invested into it. I just drew some doodles and stuff here and there. As I got older, a lot of this interest dropped in favor for other forms of art. If you were active around, what, maybe 3-4 years ago, then you probably knew me for my graphics and that kind of stuff. Eventually I took a break from any sort of art for some reason, idk why. But with the last year or so being kinda ****ty for me, some friends of mine thought that it would be a good idea for me to get back into art (and because they probably want me to draw stuff for them lul).
So here's some of my recent stuff! I probably won't post my old stuff, since it'd be hard to track down. But if there's enough demand for it, I'll post them.

^ This is very old, but I was so proud of it so I'm posting it here lol
As I create more stuff, I'll add it in here. Feel free to check out my deviantART page!
Haha thanks! Sadly I done ****ed up and she doesn't resemble my actual Miqo'te as much as I would have liked lol. I'll probably retry another drawing of her sometime in the near future so please look forward to it ™.
Thanks for the kind words you two! With that being said, here's my next entry in this portfolio. It's another painting of my character Valatine "Vala" Valhalla with a sort of celebration for summer! She is my baby and I love drawing her lol. There's gonna be two versions here. I tried to add in a necklace since I thought it looked bland but then the necklace felt like it pulled too much away from my actual focal point. If you've ever seen me post my art before, that means you know I'm posting both versions.
I saw a few artists make a sort of time lapse with their drawings in a gif form showing the different steps, so I thought it'd be cool if I did the same thing here and showed you guys.
Also this drawing is like, idk, PG-13 or something so there's your warning.
With Smash Camp over, here is my work for the art competition! Over the week I was drawing this other painting, and almost finished but took a break to get my work done. But now I'm too lazy to finish the rest of the drawing. So enjoy!
Looking at your pieces, you have a good sense of detail, especially with how you handle the hair as every stroke feels lifelike and delicate. Additionally, I love your sense of volume and shapes in your faces and clothing because they help make the characters pop out. My only critique for you is to avoid using pure black to shade. Pure black tends to drain the colour as well as make the pieces feel a lot more flatter. A suggestion would be to play with colour temperatures, for example instead of black you can use either a navy or a deep purple to shade. Hope this helps and good luck with your future drawings!
Thanks for the kind words you three and thanks for the advice Scruffy! Using that advice here, I made my next painting! This one is of a favorite character of mine. And that's none other than Lux, but in her Dark Elementalist Lux appearance (or as some of you know, "Sneaky's Skin"). I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out. I added in my experience with gfx as well to create some stunning effects here, alongside a gif process of the painting. Hope you enjoy this!
For my next painting, I'm thinking of doing something Pokemon related since I haven't done anything in this series ever since I started drawing again. Possibly a human gijinka of one of my favorite Pokemon or a champion painting.
Thanks for the kind words Regine! Loved the pose that I sketched out for that Lux drawing so I knew I'd have fun with it.
Anyways, time for my Pokemon drawing that I promised! Here is my take on a female (wow who would've thought right) human Vaporeon gijinka. As a lot of you know, Vaporeon is one of my favorite Pokemon along with Manectric and Ninetales (though it's probably at the top spot at this point).
This painting is uhhhh, very interesting because the majority of it was painted when I was drunk lol. So, drunk paintings ftw! I sobered up around the end though so I was somehow able to fix many of the mistakes but the foundation of it was still made when I was drunk lol. Also tried to go for a different style of face this time, more anime like. No time lapse this time since I was too drunk to remember to record every so often but enjoy how ****ty this looked by the time I began to sober up, or at least I think I started to sober up. MANY of the brush strokes are extremely lazy(look at those ****ing eyes and hair lul) but the 3rd image actually doesn't look super bad haha.
Also had some fun with recoloring to make the shiny version.
2 paintings up this time. I tried to do a different art style this time around to just try something new. This more anime/cartoon style was inspired by an artist by the name of Kienan Lafferty, a great artist with a Youtube channel dedicated to helping others draw (and he also was the concept artist for League skins such as Winter Wonder Lulu and Guardian of the Sands Rammus which is pretty cool). So here's my character Vala again drawn in this style!
Next drawing is an interesting one. If anybody actually remembers, the Ninetales that I drew that's at the top of my portfolio was drawn back in 2014 for a competition on 4P. Back then I didn't know anything about drawing so I just copied the pose of the Pokemon Platinum sprite for Ninetales and drew it from there. Now that I actually have a tiny bit of an idea of what I'm doing, here's my updated redraw of my Shiny Ninetales!
Here's some more paintings of mine that I've yet to post!
First off is a full portrait painting of Zero Two from Darling in the Franxx. In this painting, I couldn't figure out how I wanted her to pose, so the sketch phase was a big part of it, taking me much longer than what I usually do (which is already long because people who know me know I'm picky and have high expectations for something to look at least somewhat decent). I really was not liking this piece until I finished the basic shading on the whole thing, in which it started to actually look ok. I also wanted to do some kind of cherry blossom background, but I really did not know how to draw backgrounds soooooo uh, I ended up just abandoning it. I also don't have a lot of practice with hands so it might look very amateur lol.
Over the last few weeks, I've done quite a few paintings on my own but I ended up being extremely dissatisfied with what I was making so I ended up scrapping a lot of what I had. I realized that I needed to work on some basic fundamentals so I tried my hand at just a basic face painting with my character Vala! You might have noticed but Vala serves as a default for me to go to whenever I want to try something new or need to go practice on since it's just easy for me to do so on a character people won't think "wait that doesn't look anything like X character lul" and it's easy for me to focus on the painting process instead of the character's exact details. Here I wanted to focus on how to draw eyes and hair. I tried to be a bit more rough with the hair, not relying on the hairbrush that I use as much.
It's been a while since I've painted something now hasn't it? I haven't been really able to find any inspiration or motivation lately, especially for poses. And then when I try to do some cool poses, I get annoyed at myself and then it's a vicious cycle. So I decided to go with a pretty simple pose this time! Nothing too fancy, just a bust portrait. I wanted to practice shading metal and shiny objects, so why not something where the whole outfit is metallic? Or at least I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be metallic. Regardless, here's my portrait of Rei from Evangelion.
Now I didn't waste the entire month and a half doing nothing. I put more time into sketching anatomy, since like I said earlier I was having trouble thinking of poses and stuff. So I just sketched some stuff to try and practice a bit. I'll post some of my sketch pages but not all, since a lot of them are actually kinda ****ty and don't have anything really worth sharing. I also lost my eraser sometime through this and was too lazy to grab another one so yeah, uh, unfortunate. These are very, VERY rough sketches.
