Hugh will be fending off the Plasma Grunts near the entrance, leaving you free to go on ahead. There's nothing for you to do in the northern room, so instead, head south and enter the room down there. As soon as you enter, you'll have to fight two Plasma Grunts in a Double Battle! The first one has a Trubbish L46, a Garbodor L46, and a Golbat L46, while second has a Scraggy L46, a Whirlipede L46, and a Scrafty L46.
Take the teleporter down after beating them and you'll catch the attention of a Team Plasma Grunt. It seems like he's more sympathetic towards the old Team Plasma's cause, though, so he tells you what's going on down here.
Plasma Frigate (White 2)
You're going to have to activate four floor switches in order to disable the barrier to the north. You can only get to those switches via some warp panels, which can be found to the south.
The Plasma Grunt to the southwest uses a Skorupi L45, a Foongus L45, and a Golbat L45. The one to the southeast uses a Krookodile L47 instead. Start by going to the southwest, beat the Grunt, then head south onto a platform. The switch there will trigger some of the pipes to move, granting you access to the west and east, but restricting access backwards. Use this opportunity to head east and then north to pick up the Zinc, then head all the way south without triggering any switches.
There's a Plasma Grunt and a Doctor on the southwestern side, while there's a Plasma Grunt on the east side. The Plasma Grunt on the southwestern side uses a Deino L45, a Deino L45, and a Sneasel L45. The Doctor has a Leavanny L49 and will heal your Pokemon up after you beat him (and every time you talk to him afterwards). The southeastern Plasma Grunt has a Scolipede L47. There's a Max Revive and a Max Elixir nearby her.
Now head down the stairs on the left side. There are warp panels all over the floor down there. Skip the first one and head north to the Plasma Grunt, who's got a Grimer L46 and a Seviper L46. The teleporter right by him will lead you to one of the switches. Now head west of him and pick up the Power Belt, which is an item useful for EV training.
Head south of that and then into the teleporter to be brought up a bit. From there, head west to another Plasma Grunt, this one using a Scrafty L47. The teleporter right by him will take you to another one of the switches you need to reach!
Climb up the stairs and then follow the path until you get back to the southern part of the room. Rather than head down the stairs to the east, head across the pipe to the east instead (the one going north) and hit a switch up there to rearrange the pipes, then go back to the stairs and go into the teleporter right by the stairs on the right (in the southern part of the room).
From there, head south and fight another Plasma Grunt. She's got a Trubbish L46 and a Zangoose L46. The teleporter near her takes you to the third switch you need to trigger. Then, go around over to the northeast and find yet another Plasma Grunt. He uses a Koffing L46 and an Amoonguss L46. The teleporter by him takes you to the final switch you need to trigger!
In order to get back, head on back to the female Plasma Grunt (the one that took you to the third switch) and go into the teleporter to the north of her. Go onto the pipes in the middle and then follow them north and then west, hitting the switch on the platform to adjust the pipes in order to connect back up to where you originally came in from.
As you head past the disabled barriers, you'll see Kyurem just chilling in a tube there. Zinzolin will then speak and appear from behind you. Yikes! He'll take you on once again, so get ready for him!
Plasma Frigate (Both Versions)
His Pokemon have only gained one level since your last encounter, so the strategy to beat him should remain mostly the same, except this time you don't have Hugh helping you out.
After beating him, head on over to the teleporter to the right. Down there, you'll see what appears to be some kind of control room. Who's in that control room? It's none other than Colress! It turns out he's been working for Team Plasma all this time, working as the frontman for it.
Heal your Pokemon up, save your game, and talk to Colress once you're ready to take on Team Plasma Colress!

His Magnezone can be a pain thanks to Sturdy, plus it and the Magneton like to paralyze you with Thunder Wave.
After beating him, he'll say a whole bunch of stuff and then basically leave you free to go. Leave the room and go back to where you saw Kyurem, except head west instead. The Plasma Grunt there that was blocking the teleporter will move out of the way and let you go through that teleporter now. Make sure your Pokemon are healed up before continuing, though.
Up in that room, you'll find... Ghetsis! He'll say a whole bunch of stuff about Kyurem and Unova. After some dialogue, though, one of the Shadow Triad appears. Hugh shows up after Ghetsis leaves, and then the Shadow Triad guy shows Hugh his Purrloin — which is now a fully evolved Liepard. After even more discussion, the Shadow Triad guy will take you on!
After beating him, the two other members of the Shadow Triad show up. You'll have to defeat all of them before you can continue. Start by taking on the one to the right.
Take him down, and then there's just one more member of the trinity to take on.
After beating them all, they'll teleport away, leaving Hugh with the Purrloi- well, the Liepard he's been looking for all this time. Head on south and you'll reach the Giant Chasm once again.
